Vice President of Enterprise Applications - Aerospace & Defense

We’re seeking a dynamic Vice President of Enterprise Applications to lead technology strategy, transformation, and delivery for a growing Aerospace & Defense (A&D) organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments across Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain (SCM), MSCA, Inventory Management, and Finance domains.

This role will be pivotal in driving system modernization, process optimization, and compliance alignment across enterprise platforms supporting mission-critical operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise applications across ERP, PLM, MES, CRM, HRIS, and supply chain systems.
• Oversee modernization initiatives integrating Oracle Fusion and EBS with engineering, manufacturing, and defense logistics environments.
• Ensure full compliance with ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, and DoD cybersecurity standards across all application landscapes.
• Establish and manage an Enterprise PMO, ensuring alignment of projects with cost, schedule, and technical performance goals.
• Drive digital transformation programs – including digital thread, supply chain resiliency, and IT/OT convergence.
• Partner with leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver technology-enabled business outcomes.
• Direct vendor, partner, and integrator relationships to maximize ROI and operational performance.
• Champion change management and user adoption for major system upgrades and process initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing applications team that thrives on innovation and accountability.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or Engineering (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership, ideally within the Aerospace & Defense or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven success leading Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS implementations and integrations across multiple business functions.
• Deep knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing, SCM, Inventory Management, MSCA, and Finance processes.
• Expertise in program and portfolio management, compliance frameworks (ITAR, CMMC, DFARS), and digital transformation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Work Mode: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite per week at our Simi Valley, CA facility.

Candidates must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate.
