The IT Infrastructure team is organized under the Head of User Support & Operations. Cooperating closely with IT Support, Security and Enterprise Systems teams, the IT Infrastructure team has the mission of establishing a high standard of control over user and endpoint access to data and other technical resources.
There is no legacy technology and we use cloud native infrastructure. Here are some of the technologies we use
- Google Workspace & Google Cloud Platform
- AWS, MS Azure and Entra ID
- Jira & Confluence
- Open ID Connect (OIDC), SAML, OAuth, AD-Fed, API Gateways, SCIM
As Cloud IAM Engineer
Your mission will be to design, implement and maintain Identity and Access Management technologies such as (but not limited to) Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration, Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication. The position will be a key contributor in the development of IAM strategy and as a critical function of an overall Zero Trust methodology.
Implementation and administration of Entra ID and Google IAM platform.
- Ensure IAM security is aligned with the overall security strategy policies, standards, and procedures including privilege access management to reduce risk to the organization
- Partner with security / engineering projects as required and as aligned to a zero trust approach in areas such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security and security analytics
- Create technical designs, configurations and drawings necessary to implement and deploy current and future state security capabilities
- Coordinate activities with reMarkable colleagues to implement and maintain IAM tools and ensure the access flows are functioning properly
- Provide guidance on the implementation and usage of IAM capabilities in enterprise systems

- A minimum of three years relevant working experience in similar projects, preferably in a growing company
- Working experience with Zero Trust Methodologies
- Attention to detail and technical problem solving
- Proven experience in designing, engineering, and deploying IAM solutions in Enterprise and in cloud environments
- In depth understanding of identity protocols and technologies.
- Knowledge and experience with IAM domains such as PAM, single sign-on (SSO), Just-in-Time Access, MFA etc.
- Ability to drive architectural design decisions, solve technical problems, and make improvements to our systems and processes
In addition it is beneficial to have
- Knowledge of modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployment
- A sense of humor, curiosity, and a collaborative manner
- A growth mindset, with the willingness to learn and keep up to date on both technology and business trends
