Title: Head of Artificial Intelligence

Compensation：Annual Salary RMB 1800k - 2200k(negotiable for exceptional candidates)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build and lead a cross-functional AI team (ML, NLP, CV, LLMs, data science).
• Drive R&D of core AI technologies and ensure large-scale deployment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to commercialize AI applications.
• Establish partnerships with academia and industry; track AI trends and adjust strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
• Proven leadership in AI R&D, with experience managing medium-to-large teams.
• Deep expertise in ML, DL, NLP, CV, recommendation systems, or LLMs.
• Familiar with distributed training, inference optimization, AI platforms, and MLOps.
• Strong strategic vision, business acumen, and execution capability.
