What You’ll Do (The Mission)

As an AI Agent Developer, you won’t just write code — you’ll architect intelligent systems that power the DwellFi platform. You will have the autonomy to:

• Design & Build: Own the end-to-end development of AI agents that analyze data, automate workflows, and generate insights for private market professionals.
• Innovate with LLMs: Orchestrate multi-agent systems and design advanced prompt strategies to fully unlock large language models for financial applications.
• Build the Backbone: Develop clean, scalable, and robust APIs (using FastAPI) to enable seamless interaction between agents and complex financial data.
• Collaborate & Create: Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.
• Push the Boundaries: Stay ahead of the curve in AI technology, experimenting with cutting-edge tools and techniques.
• Optimize for Excellence: Use AI-powered developer tools and strong testing practices to write efficient, maintainable Python code.
  
  

Who You Are (The Qualifications)

You’re the ideal candidate if you have a blend of backend expertise and a passion for the evolving AI landscape.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 1+ years of backend development experience using Python (or strong experience in another language with the ability to transition quickly).
• Experience or solid understanding of AI/ML agent architectures.
• Technical proficiency with FastAPI/Django, PostgreSQL (or similar SQL databases), and Celery/task queues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with unit testing (e.g., Pytest) is a plus.
  
  

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience in early-stage startups (especially during the “0-to-1” phase).
• Worked with major LLM providers like OpenAI, Google (Gemini), or Anthropic.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (PG Vector, Pinecone, etc.) for RAG applications.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
