MAKING DECARBONIZATION A REALITY

Mission:

We’re looking for a Lead and build the complete IT function for a fast-growing renewable IPP. Responsible for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, SCADA integration, and digital systems to support 300–400 employees across corporate, construction, and O&M teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Set up and manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, user systems, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee ERP (SAP or equivalent) implementation and integration with construction, procurement, finance, and O&M functions.
• Ensure secure connectivity and data flow between SCADA/OT and corporate IT systems.
• Build and maintain core business applications and analytics tools for project monitoring and decision-making.
• Establish cybersecurity framework, data protection policies, and disaster recovery systems.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, and contracts.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in IT roles in infrastructure, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ERP, cloud (AWS/Azure), networking, and cybersecurity.
• Exposure to SCADA/OT systems integration and data analytics.
• Proven ability to set up IT systems from scratch or manage carve-outs
