Every day, billions of informations fight for our attention — most of them noise. Inside those noise, we often miss our most important opportunities like jobs, new projects, revenues, leads, emergencies and more.

At OLL.E, Inc. we’re building the world first AI Watchman to watch those opportunities and urgencies for us and take agentic actions on them. We’re the team behind OLL.E, Inc. an assistant that reads your messages, jobs, emails (Gmail, Outlook) and more detects what’s critical, and buzzes a real device called PinG when you need to act.

Over 1,400+ testers already testing OLL.E alpha. Our apps run on Android, iOS, and Web, and our physical OLL.E - PinG device will launch globally soon.

Now, we’re assembling our core engineering team in Khulna and New York, USA — the kind that writes elegant code, loves solving impossible problems, and dreams of building the first AI watchman.

🧩 The Role

We’re hiring a Founding Backend Engineer (Python + DevOps) who can architect, debug, and scale systems that wake up AI when the world needs it.

You’ll work side by side with our founders (Mujahid & Sohel) on:

• Building event-driven APIs (Python/Django/Flask + DRF/FastAPI)
• Scaling background workers (Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka)
• Indexing everything that moves (Postgres, ElasticSearch)
• Managing microservices on Docker/Azure/AWS with CI/CD pipelines
• Reading, rewriting, and refactoring legacy code like it’s a mystery novel
• Using Cursor, ChatGPT, or your own brilliance to ship features 10× faster
• Designing the backbone that powers OLL.E’s RRA framework (Request → Response → Action)

🎯 What Success Looks Like (Outcomes)

Within your first 60 days, you will:

1. Own and ship one full service (e.g., Priority box and rate limiting) from spec to production.
2. Set up scalable workers + queues for real-time responses.
3. Build and document APIs consumed by mobile & hardware clients.
4. Make our CI/CD process smooth enough to deploy 5× faster.
5. Leave the codebase cleaner than you found it — every single day.

🧠 The Ideal “Who”

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years of experience in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Strong in Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving — maybe you did ICPC, Codeforces, or just love solving things at 3 AM
• Knows PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, ElasticSearch
• Understands Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS/Azure/Linux servers
• Enjoys reading other people’s messy code and making it better
• Isn’t afraid to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Cursor to accelerate coding
• Loves working in a small, sharp team with huge ambition
• Believes in building from Bangladesh, for the world 🌍
