Senior QA Engineer

Sentry Management Solutions is a New York–based non-emergency medical transportation broker founded in 2016. We specialize in coordinating safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for healthcare clients and passengers across the state. We’re currently expanding our IT department and looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about quality, process improvement, and technology-driven problem-solving, we’d love to meet you.

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases (manual and automated)
• Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing for web and internal platforms
• Participate in daily Agile meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development lifecycles
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Experience testing SaaS or logistics/transportation systems
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
