Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of our product D-RAG crafting intuitive, aesthetical and functional digital experiences for our users. They will work closely with the product and engineering teams to create innovative solutions that align with our business objectives and user needs and will ensure user feedback and research is properly reflected in our product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle, working closely with engineering teams
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Proactively embed customer feedback into the product life cycle and ensure we are building with user input
• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile and web
• Support the strategic development of D-RAG considering customer problems and use cases
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and competitive.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work
• Proficient in design software
• Experience integrating user feedback into product development
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
