At Xogito, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strategic thinking with a sharp eye for clean, functional design.
You’ll shape digital experiences across diverse industries — including AI-powered products — and lead the full design journey from discovery to implementation.

🚀 What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design – from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and final delivery.
- Conduct user research – interviews, surveys, journey mapping, usability testing — to make data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineers to align business goals with user needs.
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma (including AI features) and explore new ideas with tools like UX Pilot or Google Stitch.
- Design for AI-powered experiences, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to bring generative and predictive features to life.
- Champion UX best practices, ensuring accessibility and usability through NN Heuristics, WCAG, Apple HIG, and Material Design principles.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally on complex web apps (B2B & B2C).
- Expert in Figma, including its AI-enhanced capabilities.
- Proven experience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into elegant design solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
- Strong grasp of usability heuristics and UI design principles.
- A solid portfolio showcasing strategic UX thinking and polished visual design.

- Technical fluency: understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
- AI experience: working on AI, ML, or data-driven products.
