We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator with 1-2 years of marketing experience to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of KGSH’s marketing activities, supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and post content on various social media platforms, engage with followers and monitor analytics to optimize performance
- Design graphics for internal emails and newsletters; maintain and update branding elements to ensure consistency across all materials. Design visually appealing presentation slides, and create engaging content such as videos, infographics, and posts to enhance our employer brand and attract passive candidates
- Assist in the creation and edition of marketing materials, including internal newsletters, intranet content, blog posts, and social media posts
- Provide support in the planning and execution of company events
- Collaborate with stakeholders, the Leadership Team, KPMG Hungary's marketing team, and external agencies
- Update the company's Intranet page, keep in touch with key contacts
- Maintain our internal digital signage by content creation, design, and posting
- Provide general administrative support (creation of purchase orders and invoices)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications; Media; Philology, or any related field
- 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing, employer branding
- Advanced level of written and spoken English and Hungarian Proficiency
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamCreative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Precision, reliability, and proactive attitude
