Bybit is looking for exceptional Web3 Blockchain Development Engineer to join the Bybit team!
Please note that this role is based in Hong Kong/Malaysia. Relocation assistance will be provided if needed.
Please note that Rust experience and Mandarin speaking (Chinese) are required for this role.
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in the research and development of blockchain basic technologies (cryptography, contracts, consensus, etc.) and tool systems
2. Participate in the development iteration of existing system cryptography core components
3. Participate in cryptography and chain protocol scheme evaluation
Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in cryptography-related field
2. Proficient in at least one programming language in rust/python/C++, with good programming habits and code style
2. Proficient in git and other version management tools
3. Proficient in basic algorithm principles and implementation
4. Understand mainstream public chain technologies and working principles
5. Have a strong interest and enthusiasm for the blockchain industry
6. Strong learning ability, quick thinking, clear logic, strong safety awareness, and good teamwork awareness
Bonus points:
1. Published research papers in the field of ZK/MPC cryptography
2. Participated in the implementation of the underlying libraries in the ZK/MPC field.
