Day Rate / Salary: Up to £350 per day
Overview:
Our client is a leading digital identity and verification business with over 30 years of innovation behind them. As part of an ongoing Salesforce transformation programme, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Lead to coordinate business acceptance and user acceptance testing across a major implementation project.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to define test plans, manage execution, and ensure that all Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business acceptance and user acceptance testing for Salesforce project deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts aligned with project milestones and delivery phases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and SMEs to validate user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate UAT activities across multiple business areas, ensuring readiness of users, environments, and test data.
- Manage defect tracking and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with development teams.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and issue management.
- Support the sign-off process and ensure business confidence in solution readiness.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience leading UAT and business testing for Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and user story validation.
- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams across technical and non-technical areas.
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or equivalent tools for test management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
