Job Summary

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to help scale a next-gen AI-powered travel assistant platform. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. You'll play a vital role in delivering new features, improving performance, and writing clean, well-documented code that adheres to sprint planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements across the stack
• Contribute to sprint planning and consistently deliver high-quality Pull Requests
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI)
• Build and optimize user interfaces using React
• Design efficient and scalable MongoDB schemas and work with cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and proactively suggest architectural improvements
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (preferably 3+ years)
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), React, MongoDB, and AWS
• Familiarity with Claude Code and GitHub workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in near-fluent English
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and cloud deployments
• Comfortable working within UTC +1 to UTC -5 time zones (ideally 9-5 in your time zone)
