About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Product & Visual Designer to manage our design ecosystem across multiple projects — from visual promo banners to app UX/UI systems.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling with a structured, systematic approach in Figma, and thrives at balancing creativity with precision.

- Maintain brand consistency across multiple products and markets.
- Optimize design workflow for scalability and multi-format exports.
- Build and maintain design systems with reusable components (color, typography, icons, buttons, etc.).
- Ensure alignment and consistency across product and marketing teams.
- Document and communicate updates clearly.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and smooth implementation.
- Analyze feedback and propose UX improvements to enhance user engagement.
- Structure and maintain organized Figma files for large-scale projects.
- Apply consistent naming conventions, folder logic, and asset libraries.
- Manage localization versions and component libraries efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Visual, Product, or UX/UI Design.
- Background in Graphic Design, Product Design, or Communication Design (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced Figma skills (Auto-layout, Variants, Libraries, Prototyping).
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to manage complex visual assets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
