Freelance Performance Graphic Designer (Meta Ads)

We're looking for a sharp, creative freelancer to design our core Meta Ads static creatives - the fuel that powers our next stage of growth. If you excel at turning design into click-throughs and conversions, this is your chance to make a massive impact from day one.

Your primary focus will be designing and optimizing scroll-stopping static ads for Meta that drive sales.

• Design & Execute: Create high-impact static ad images and graphics (and simple animations/gifs) that are optimized for direct response and high CTRs.
• Strategy First: Concept creative angles and narratives based on understanding our customers, product benefits, and market trends.
• Data-Informed Design: Work with performance data (we'll provide the insights) to understand what's working, rapidly iterate on successful concepts, and test new ideas.
• A/B Testing: Be passionate about testing different design elements (color, layout, copy placement) to continually improve ad performance.
• Share Ideas: Let us know if you need creatives, photoshoots - we will make that happen.

As we scale, there will be substantial opportunities for growth and deeper involvement if you're interested:

• Creative Strategy for Video Ads: Evolving into a full creative strategist role, writing briefs for video editors and directing video ad concepts.
• Social Media Management: Taking on management and content creation for our core social profiles.
• Wider Creative Input: Contributing to landing page design and overall brand creative strategy.

• 1-3 years of experience specifically designing performance-focused creatives for e-commerce/DTC brands (ideally Meta Ads).
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your ability to create aesthetically pleasing and highly effective direct-response graphics.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
• Deep Understanding of current Meta Ad creative best practices and what makes people click and convert in the mobile feed.
• Proactive & Fast: We're moving quickly, and you should be comfortable receiving feedback and iterating designs rapidly.
