What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process across both legacy and modern product interfaces.
• Translate business goals and user insights into personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline user research, ideation, or rapid prototyping.
• Build and maintain design system components to drive consistency and efficiency across products.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards, including compliance with WCAG guidelines.
• Collaborate daily with developers, QA, and product managers to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute actively to our design culture and best practices.
  
  

What You Bring

• 4 to 6 years of UX/UI design experience, particularly within enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design or research tools like UX Pilot, Uizard, Dovetail, or similar.
• Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and design systems.
• Demonstrated experience in user research, including persona creation and usability testing.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) to enable smooth design-development handoffs.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively in Agile product teams.
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions across global time zones.
