🚀 We're Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – SuppliFlex
SuppliFlex is on a mission to digitally transform supply chain operations globally for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Our platform provides real-time shipment tracking, warehouse management, billing automation, delivery tracking, and IoT integration, helping businesses streamline operations and scale efficiently.
We’re looking for a hands-on CTO to join as a co-founder and lead the technology vision, architecture, and execution of our end-to-end platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with our global business goals.
- Lead the development of the SuppliFlex platform (front-end, back-end, database, integrations, IoT).
- Build and manage a high-performing, possibly remote engineering team across different regions.
- Ensure scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for customers worldwide.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on product, operations, and growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in building scalable software platforms (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks (React, Node.js/Express, MongoDB, AWS or similar).
- Ability to hire, mentor, and lead a remote or global development team.
- Problem-solver with a hands-on mentality – coding, designing architecture, and making strategic tech decisions.
- Passion for startups and solving real-world supply chain challenges globally.
