What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent for scientific, clinical, and business roles
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience
• Establish and manage scalable talent acquisition infrastructure to support hiring needs
• Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities to executive leadership
• Manage external partnerships with search firms and talent platforms to enhance recruitment efforts
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in recruiting within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
• Proven experience in scaling talent acquisition functions during periods of rapid growth or transformation
• Deep understanding of recruiting for specialized and technical roles (development, regulatory, clinical, and commercial)
