The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Motion Graphics Designer Intern to join our team immediately. This role offers intensive, hands-on experience by directly contributing to high-volume client video projects.

• Role: Motion Graphics Designer Intern
• Location: 100% Remote (India)
• Employment Type: Full-Time Internship (Commitment of 8 hours/day)
• Duration: 3–6 Months (with high potential for extension/conversion)
• Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Stipend will be revisited based on performance after the first 3 months.)
• Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will be fully immersed in our production process, focusing on delivering specific content types:

• High-Volume Production: Contribute to a monthly quota of 20–25 videos (40–50 seconds each), ensuring consistent, high-quality output based on provided scripts.
• Style Execution: Produce animated videos primarily in 2D Explainer, Whiteboard Animation, and pure Motion Graphics styles.
• Content Variety: Create engaging visual content for Explainer Videos, Educational/Learning Videos, and Marketing/Branding Videos.
• Asset Management: Prepare and organize all visual assets (illustrations, graphics, audio) for animation projects and learn efficient workflow management.
• Quality Control: Incorporate feedback efficiently and ensure all video outputs align strictly with client brand identity and project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency (CRITICAL): Strong working knowledge and portfolio examples demonstrating competency in 2D Animation, Whiteboard Animation, and standard Motion Graphics.
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is mandatory.
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to produce clean, professional video content under tight deadlines consistent with a high-volume monthly deliverable.
• Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Work Ethic: Highly creative, self-motivated, eager to learn quickly, and capable of managing deadlines remotely.
