The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth of our AI and API products. Your mission will be to attract, engage, and convert users by building and executing a powerful, multichannel marketing engine.
This is a strategic, hands-on role perfect for a marketer who is passionate about technology and understands how to earn credibility with a technical audience. You will have the autonomy to experiment, analyze data, and directly shape the go-to-market strategy for our most innovative product lines.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies to drive awareness, sign-ups, and adoption for Geekflare's AI and API products.
- Identify and engage with key communities. Build relationships with technical influencers and explore partnership opportunities that resonate with our audience.
- Perform keyword research, identify content gaps, and execute outreach campaigns to build authority and drive organic traffic for our product pages.
- Become an expert on the AI and API landscape. Analyze competitors, understand user personas and identify new market opportunities.
- Analyze the user journey from discovery to activation. Optimize landing pages, pricing pages, and onboarding flows through A/B testing to maximize conversion rates.
- Define key metrics, track performance, and deliver clear, actionable insights to inform strategy and demonstrate marketing's impact on business goals.
- Plan and meticulously optimize paid campaigns on platforms where audiences are active (e.g., Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, specialized tech newsletters).
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing role for a SaaS, API, or AI tools company.
- You have proven experience marketing to a technical audience. You understand developer pain points and know how to communicate technical features as clear, compelling benefits.
- Demonstrable success managing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) and executing SEO strategies (keyword research, link-building).
- Excellent writing and communication skills. You can write a persuasive ad and a compelling landing page.
- You are a proactive owner who can manage projects independently from concept to completion in a remote environment.
