Senior Front-end Developer (React, Next.js)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Build and deliver high-performance, scalable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Develop reusable components and libraries with Storybook and solid testing coverage (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and Lighthouse performance metrics across responsive applications.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and SEO-ready front-end solutions with Next.js.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, QA, and backend teams under Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, applying secure patterns (OAuth/JWT).
• Use AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, refactoring, and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor other developers, and promote best engineering practices.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of experience in React and JavaScript (ES6+) development.
• Expertise in Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar state management libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Vite, Webpack, or esbuild build tools.
• Strong command of Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, or CSS Modules for scalable styling.
• Proven experience improving performance, accessibility, and SEO through Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and component documentation (Storybook).
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and performance monitoring tools (Sentry, LogRocket).
• English level: B2+ (required).

Experience with monorepo tools (Nx, Turborepo), design systems, or AI-based front-end optimization workflows.
