Whether you’ve been a CAIO, Head of AI/ML, VP of Data Science with an AI focus, or an AI strategy consultant with executive oversight, this role offers the flexibility to apply your expertise across multiple high-impact companies.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with overall business goals, identifying high-impact AI use cases across various functions (e.g., marketing, operations, product, customer service).
• Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/Machine Learning solutions, from concept to production.
• Establishing and enforcing AI governance frameworks, including data privacy, model ethics, bias detection, and responsible AI practices.
• Building, mentoring, and inspiring AI and data science teams, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Identifying and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Advising the C-suite and board of directors on AI trends, strategic investments, potential disruptions, and regulatory implications.
• Collaborating with IT, data, and business units to ensure seamless AI integration and operationalization.
• Measuring and reporting on the impact, ROI, and performance of AI initiatives.
• Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on all aspects of AI adoption, transformation, and leveraging AI for strategic advantage.

Key Requirements May Include:

• Proven experience in a senior AI/ML leadership, data science, technology strategy, or executive consulting role focused on AI.
• Track record of successfully developing and implementing enterprise-wide AI strategies that drive measurable business value.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML methodologies, algorithms, and practical applications across various business domains.
• Strong understanding of data governance, cloud AI platforms, and MLOps principles.
• Excellent communication, technical translation, and cross-functional leadership abilities, comfortable engaging with C-suite, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for responsible AI innovation.
• Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus.
