Junior AI Engineer (India fully remote) – 3 Years Experience

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled AI Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience to design, implement, and deploy AI models and solutions remotely. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI projects across domains such as machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Analyze, preprocess, and interpret large and complex datasets using Python or similar languages.
• Train and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Monitor model performance, implement retraining, and troubleshoot issues to enhance solution reliability.
• Document processes, ensure code quality, and maintain version control through tools like Git.
• Stay updated with the latest advances in AI, ML, and deep learning technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and deploying ML models in real-world scenarios.
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred), and familiarity with Java or C++.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI development and deployment.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, statistics, and data visualization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI projects.
• Exposure to MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring).
• Understanding of responsible AI practices and AI ethics considerations.
• Prior contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications.
