Job Description
We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in mobile development to help shape the future of our platform. In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of key initiatives—designing, building, and optimizing scalable systems that power both our web and mobile products.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, and operations to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions that drive business outcomes. - Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of core features across mobile and web applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, Fastify, and React Native.
- Ensure technical excellence through clean architecture, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Partner closely with product and design to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Contribute to infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines using AWS, ECS, and Terraform.
- Continuously enhance performance, reliability, and developer experience within a shared monorepo environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with a focus on innovation and delivery.
- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally in agile or startup environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with React Native and mobile-first product delivery.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js, Fastify, and related full-stack frameworks.
- Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure, including ECS and Terraform.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher) — both written and verbal.
- Must be based in Central America and able to work remotely with distributed teams.
