We’re Stackfee, a Montreal-based software agency building SaaS products, migrating legacy systems, and integrating complex business platforms for our clients and integrating Odoo.
We’re hiring for multiple .NET Core developer roles, from junior to senior, and looking for people who think like systems architects, not just coders. You’ll work on projects where understanding the full platform and the client’s business logic is as important as writing clean, efficient code.

What you’ll work on:
- Building new features and improving existing ones in .NET Core backends, angular, blazor, react front-ends
- Integrating APIs, CRMs, ERPs, and payment systems
- Migrating features from legacy systems to modern .NET architectures
- Working closely with our team to plan feature impact before coding
- Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and to ask clarifying questions
- Diagnosing and fixing complex bugs that require understanding the whole system
Tech stack:
- Backend: .NET Core, .NET
- Frontend: Blazor, React, or Angular (we use all in different projects)
- Database: SQL Server (Azure SQL), PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can read a codebase and quickly grasp how modules fit together
- Understands domain logic and platform dependencies before making changes
- Writes maintainable, testable C# code
- Uses Git properly (branching, PRs, meaningful commits)
- Communicates clearly in English and is comfortable asking clarifying questions to clients
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in multi-tenant SaaS architectures
- Worked in agency or consulting environments
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of legacy-to-modern migration strategies

Requirements:
- Ideally located in Quebec but we are willing to make exceptions
- Bring your own device and a solid work from home setup (good microphone, webcam, computer, internet)
- Fluent in English and ideally French
What we offer:
We offer competitive salaries aligned with experience:
- Intern Developer: $40 k - $55 k CAD
- Junior Developer: $70 k – $90 k CAD
- Intermediate Developer: $90 k – $110 k CAD
- Senior Developer: $110 k – $140 k CAD
- 3 weeks vacation
- 100% Remote work, but it might be nice to meet on occasion if you're near Montreal but by no means is it a requirement
Interview process:
- 30 minute intro call (optional, we might just start with a pair programming interview)
- 60-90 minute virtual pair programming interview
- 60-90 minute placeholder interview (this could be another technical interview, call with another team member, or whatever is decided)
