Social Media Manager (B2B) - Remote

Quantum ROAS Media is a digital agency helping brands scale globally through innovative strategies and proven expertise. We specialize in growing Amazon or D2C brands and driving ecommerce success in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Experience: 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our brand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram etc
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and short-form content
• Write catchy, conversion-driven copy tailored for B2B audiences
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement
• Leverage provided SOPs and tools to streamline campaigns
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and brand storytelling
• Basic design/editing skills (Canva/Photoshop etc) to produce content

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
• Designing and producing engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand's mission and values. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
• Communicating directly with the audience, responding to questions and comments, and managing online community interactions.

Good to Have: Experience in content creation and managing social media channels for B2B or agency or SaaS is a plus.
