About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated WordPress Developer to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development tasks, including creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the development of dynamic, high-performance websites that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with design, content, and technical teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless operation of our clients’ websites. The ideal candidate is passionate about web development, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of WordPress architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in web development with specific expertise in WordPress. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with WordPress themes and plugins is essential. Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL is required to effectively develop and customize solutions. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, as well as a good understanding of responsive design principles, is necessary to ensure websites are optimized across devices. Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Candidates should also have strong communication skills to effectively document their work and coordinate with other departments.
