Market Snack is a fast-growing digital subscription platform empowering individuals with accessible, engaging financial insights and market analysis. Our mission is to make financial literacy part of everyone’s daily habit — from Gen Z investors to seasoned professionals.
We already have a validated product with an active user base. Now, we’re seeking a Product Manager who can own, optimize, and scale the product experience.
You will take full ownership of our existing product — from roadmap management and experimentation to feature releases and performance monitoring. Your role will ensure the platform evolves intelligently, driven by data and user feedback.
- Own the product roadmap and align it with business goals and user needs.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the product experience, ensuring functionality, UX, and performance evolve.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to prioritize and ship impactful features.
- Analyze user behavior and platform metrics (LTV, churn, retention, CAC, etc.) to guide decisions.
- Run structured A/B testing, gather insights, and drive hypotheses-based experimentation.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication with all stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of fintech and subscription market trends to bring innovation to the product.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a fintech or subscription-based SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user journeys, and agile methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing).
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with financial education or consumer finance tools is a plus.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
- 100% remote work with flexible hours.
- Transparent and supportive culture with focus on ownership and accountability.
- 20 PTO days + 6 Mental Health Days + Birthday Day Off.
- Access to continuous learning, certifications, and conferences.
- Competitive salary + bonus tied to product performance KPIs.
- Work with a mission-driven team building real financial impact.
- Other benefits or perks negotiable.
