Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily data extraction, cleaning, validation, and visualization across internal systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, etc.).
• Maintain and update KPI dashboards and standard reporting templates (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Analyze transportation performance trends, identify process gaps, and propose actionable improvement initiatives.
• Support management with operational insights to drive efficiency and service quality.
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts; review analysis outputs and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT, operations teams, and external partners to resolve data issues and optimize workflows.
• Maintain documentation for KPI definitions, reporting logic, and data governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or operational analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or other BI visualization tools).
• Familiarity with TMS / WMS / ERP system data structures is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience leading tasks, mentoring junior team members, or coordinating small teams is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage.
• Logistics, last-mile delivery, food delivery, or platform-based operations experience preferred.

Wages and Benefits:

• $28 USD/hour (Non-exempt position)
