We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Operations Manager to help scale how our Product organization plans, executes, and learns. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this person will build the operating system that keeps our multi-product SaaS portfolio aligned, efficient, and outcome-focused.

What You Will Do

• Run the product operating system - Own and evolve planning cadences, roadmap governance, and executive scorecard reporting to improve visibility, predictability, and alignment across the portfolio.
• Drive insights to action - Operationalize frameworks for measuring adoption and engagement, and partner across functions to integrate new data signals into AI environments that elevate product decision-making quality.
• Enable high-velocity teams - Partner with Product, Design, and the PMO to enhance planning tools, strengthen agile practices, and deliver continuous enablement that empowers teams to move faster with confidence.
• Orchestrate cross-functional launches - Coordinate go-to-market readiness with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Ensure every product release has clear value articulation, risk management, and adoption tracking.
• Modernize with AI—responsibly - Scale and introduce, where possible, AI-assisted workflows (e.g., summarization, documentation support) to increase efficiency while maintaining human oversight.
• Scale portfolio governance - Manage investment reviews, capacity planning, and executive-level reporting to drive predictability and ROI.

What You Have

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program/Portfolio Management, or Product Management in a SaaS environment.
• Proven success designing and running scalable product processes across multi-product organizations.
• Strong analytical acumen; experience using data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with product and work management tools like Dragonboat, Aha!, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence without authority.
• Experience working in or adjacent to government, HR tech, or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and how to deploy them responsibly within business operations.
