The Opportunity
This isn’t a “take-orders-and-push-pixels” kind of role. This is your canvas.
You’ll own the design vision for Curately — from the information architecture to the interaction model, from the voice of the interface to the system design. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO, engineering, and product teams to imagine, prototype, and ship experiences that make complex data and workflows feel effortless and human.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end product design across Curately’s platform — from ideation to polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Translate complexity into clarity — simplify dense datasets, AI-driven insights, and recruiter workflows into intuitive visual patterns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver cohesive and elegant product experiences.
- Develop and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and aesthetic excellence.
- Bring creativity and product thinking to the table — contribute ideas that influence product strategy, not just visual design.
- Prototype boldly. Iterate rapidly. Use tools like Figma, Framer, and AI-assisted design workflows to visualize and test concepts quickly.
- Champion the user. Build empathy for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates — and ensure Curately feels magical for each.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products — ideally with exposure to HRTech, recruiting, or data-intensive platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, UX architecture, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to design for data-rich interfaces, dashboards, or analytics-driven products.
- Deep expertise with Figma, component systems, and responsive, scalable design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to back decisions with insights.
- A founder-like mindset — ownership, autonomy, curiosity, and speed.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can defend your design decisions with clarity and conviction.
