About Dolly
Dolly is a fast-growing mobile gaming studio creating real-money skill-based games where players can compete and win cash prizes.
Our flagship product, Thrillz, is a multi-game app where users can play casual mobile games and win real rewards.
With thousands of daily active users and steady revenue growth, Thrillz is already profitable and growing fast. We’re a small, passionate team that moves quickly, experiments boldly, and loves building games that are both fun and rewarding.
Your Mission
You’ll be the technical owner of Thrillz, leading all client-side and backend development. You’ll guide a team of 3 developers, oversee architecture and code quality, and ensure features are delivered efficiently and maintainably.
You’ll work closely with the CEO (Antoine), CPO (Benjamin), CTO (Ayrton) and Senior Producer (Kevin) to bring new product ideas to life — from concept to release.
ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership
- Own and evolve the app’s overall architecture (client + backend integration).
- Write and Maintain high code quality standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews.
- Define technical priorities and balance new feature delivery with technical debt reduction.
- Coordinate sprints with the Producer (Kevin) and ensure dev tasks are delivered on time.
Team Management
- Mentor and supervise the dev team (Ciprian, Tom, David).
- Provide technical guidance and unblock teammates when challenges arise.
- Improve internal dev processes and CI/CD pipelines.
Feature Development
- Contribute directly to Unity development.
- Ensure smooth integration of new features.
- Collaborate with UI/UX (Kate) to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Work closely with backend APIs, wallets, and leaderboard systems.
Quality & Stability
- Ensure app performance across devices.
- Oversee QA process, debug issues, and prepare production builds.
- Optimize loading times, reduce crashes, and maintain code scalability.
- Own the release pipeline: QA, builds, and deployment to App Store
- Continuously improve our CI/CD setup and development workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Unity (C#), including mobile (iOS + Android) deployment.
- Strong experience leading or mentoring a dev team.
- Excellent understanding of architecture patterns.
- Experience with async networking, APIs, and client-server integration.
- Solid debugging and optimization skills (profiling, memory management, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and agile workflows.
- Fluent in English, strong communication and organizational skills.

- Experience with real-money gaming, live-ops systems, or social/competitive games.
- Experience working with backend systems.
- Passion for gaming and user experience.
- Based in Europe or EMEA time zone.
