Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Embedded Software R&D Manager, you will be responsible for developing low-level software components for integrated connectivity solutions.
You will join the embedded software team to contribute to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi projects, in close collaboration with the hardware, validation, and customer support teams.
As part of your role, you will work with international teams across the group to successfully deliver complex and large-scale projects.
Your Missions Will Include:
- Analyzing Bluetooth and Wi-Fi standard specifications
- Designing and developing embedded software features
- Integrating platform drivers and associated tools
- Diagnosing issues and providing efficient fixes
- Performing bring-up and testing on FPGA and RF platforms
- Documenting your developments and sharing knowledge within the team
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools and development processes
Required Skills:
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Embedded Systems
- Ideally complemented by strong knowledge of low-level development and wireless communication protocols
- Min 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the embedded systems or semiconductor industry
- Fluent written and spoken English, essential for working on international projects
Assets:
- Proficiency in bare-metal development
- Knowledge of Python for automation and testing
- Experience in developing radio drivers for ASICs
- Experience with prototyping and debugging on SoC/FPGA environments
- Familiarity with communication protocol development
