Job Description
Senior Unity Developer
As part of our development, we are looking to strengthen our programming team by recruiting a senior Unity developer to help us build and improve our virtual reality games on Unity.
Key responsibilities
- Code new gameplay and system features in Unity (C#).
- Integrate assets created by artists into the game.
- Improve and maintain our internal development tools.
- Optimize and enhance game performance across platforms.
- Lead or contribute to platform-specific development (Windows, Android, PlayStation, etc.).
- Debug and fix issues reported by players and the QA team.
- Help guide and manage other developers in the team.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience working on VR or 3D projects with Unity.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with physics and joints in Unity (PhysX).
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of complex features or systems.
- Strong self-discipline and ability to work effectively in a remote environment using communication tools such as Discord.
- Creativity and ability to propose new ideas and gameplay features.
- Good knowledge of version control systems (GIT).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (ideally fiber).
- Passion for action based video games.
- Fluent in English.
Added bonus (not required)
- Knowledge of VR market and best development practices.
- Experience with physics-based simulation in Unity.
- Experience developing multiplayer features.
- Familiarity with Warpfrog games.
- Fluent in French.
