Senior Front-End Developer (React.js / Next.js) - Remote - India

We’re looking for a proactive Front-End Developer to join our remote team at Beyond Labs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes full ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Build, optimize, and maintain responsive front-end components using React.js and Next.js
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Manage state efficiently using tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following modern JavaScript and TypeScript best practices
• Ensure high performance and smooth rendering across devices and browsers
• Debug, test, and continuously improve front-end performance and developer workflow
• Take full ownership of features — from ideation to deployment
  

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js in production environments
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
• Excellent understanding of state management, component lifecycles, and rendering optimization
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend teams
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  

• Experience with performance optimization, SSR/SSG, and SEO for Next.js
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
