We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer who can bridge the gap between intelligent systems and production-ready infrastructure. You’ll work on AI integrations, model pipelines, data orchestration, and vector-based search — helping us build scalable, reliable, and adaptive agentic AI systems.

This role is ideal for an engineer who’s hands-on with AI frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration tools like LangChain and OpenAI APIs, and has a deep understanding of how to turn data and prompts into performant systems.

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and pipelines using Python and modern frameworks.
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone) for embedding storage, retrieval, and semantic search.
• Implement memory and context protocols (MCP) for multi-agent coordination and contextual reasoning.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into real-time applications.
• Build and maintain AI agent workflows using LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Manage data caching and performance layers using Redis and MongoDB.
• Optimize prompt engineering and system prompting for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to ensure AI integrations are robust, scalable, and production-ready.
• Contribute to architecture discussions on AI observability, cost optimization, and response latency.
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI systems, or full-stack engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI, and Pinecone.
• Strong understanding of data structures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector search.
• Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, and API integrations.
• Proven experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
• Solid grasp of MCP tools and context-handling architectures for AI agent systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills — able to explain complex systems clearly.
  

• Experience building multi-agent systems or AI automation pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI observability tools or evaluation frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud compute optimization and GPU utilization for inference.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or public prompt frameworks.
