About the Project

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help scale and evolve our MVP client portal — the core platform powering our digital customer journey.

The goal: transform our MVP into a scalable, high-performing platform that delivers a seamless user experience and integrates with multiple APIs and services across our FinTech ecosystem.

Tech Fluency

You’re fluent in modern web development and architecture. You know how to design systems that scale, not just prototypes that work and you are familiar with:

• Frontend: React 18+, TypeScript, Vite

• Styling: Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui 

• State/Data: React Query (@tanstack/react-query)

• Backend: Supabase (SQL DB, Auth, Edge Functions, Realtime)

You understand how APIs connect ecosystems — and you build with clean logic, maintainability, and automation in mind.

Mindset & Traits

• Engineering mindset – You think in architecture, performance, and scalability. You care about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Problem-solver – You debug systematically, design for reliability, and don’t stop until the system works as intended.

• Detail-oriented – You value precision, test thoroughly, and document your work so others can build on it easily.

• Continuous learner – You stay up to date with modern frameworks, tools, and best practices across the full stack.

• Ownership mentality – You take full responsibility for your code — from first commit to deployment and beyond.

Bonus if you have

• Experience in or adjacent to FinTech or high regulated environments (e.g. KYC, AML, onboarding workflows, customer platforms)

• Experience documenting systems in GitBook

• Comfort working in agile teams using Slack, JIRA, or similar tools

• Interest in scaling digital platforms from MVP to enterprise-ready production
