Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled with strong expertise in Linux system administration and application support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues related to database performance, network connectivity, and deployment failures, while working hands-on with cloud and container platforms.
You will play a key role in maintaining system stability, optimizing performance, and supporting large-scale production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Linux system administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot issues related to network, databases, and application deployments.
- Support and maintain Kubernetes clusters, virtual machines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Bash, or Python.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Monitor system alerts, logs, and incidents to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain AWS cloud services for compute, networking, and storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents and improve uptime.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (5+ years).
- Proven skills in Shell / Bash scripting (5+ years).
- Experience with Kubernetes (3+ years).
- Familiarity with DevOps frameworks — CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Containerization.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and test automation scripting.
- Solid understanding of networking, compute, and storage technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Certifications (Mandatory)
🎓 At least one of the following:
- Linux Certification (e.g., RHCE, LFCS, CompTIA Linux+)
- DevOps Certification (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate)
- Kubernetes Certification (CKA / CKAD / CKS)
