Title: Head of AI
Location: Denver, CO - Relocation to Denver is required, not a remote role.
Duration: Direct Hire
Compensation Range (pending experience): $250k-$300k+
Huge bonus - OTE (salary + bonus = over $390k to $465k/yr)

Required Skills:
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, CS, Engineering, or similar field
- 10+ years of analytics/AI
- 5+ years in a leadership position
- Experience scaling AI/ML solutions
- Excellent communication
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in regulated industry
- Experience with cutting edge AI domains
