Senior Payroll Consultant

Intellias is searching for an ambitious, career-minded professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering Infor consulting services nationally. This Consultant possesses the ability to understand customers' business needs and through discovery, is able to deliver strategic and creative solutions to resolve system challenges.

With a strong functional background, this Consultant will follow and reinforce established methodologies and processes, ensuring best practices are applied across multiple industries, including Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Government, and K-12. Responsibilities include:

• Working effectively and contributing within a project team environment
• Design, develop, modify, and/or test software needed to support the Payroll operations of customers
• Provide system analysis, application setup and design, test plan development and execution, report design, data conversion and interface mapping, enabling customers to use Infor CloudSuite Payroll to replace or enhance their existing payroll systems 
• Translate the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs
• Act as Payroll subject matter expert for applications to support Project Manager, technical resources, and other members of project team, as well as scoping discussions and demonstrated thought leadership via webinar and in-person presentations 
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients and existing customer base

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. Candidate must have five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience providing finance application consulting services and experience working with a large scale Payroll application
• Driven to succeed and self-motivated
• ERP experience with expertise in SaaS Payroll applications
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate ideas in clear terms
• High degree of adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
• Experienced in direct client facing work environment
• Enjoys working in a high-energy, ever-changing, start-up work environment
• Ability to multi-task and organize tasks
• Effective problem solving skills, time management, decision-making, and presentation skills
• Open to travel to support client projects (National - 10-15%)
• Base salary + utilization bonus opportunity

Experience

• ERP experience with specific expertise in working with Payroll applications
• Experienced in direct B2B, client-facing work environment
