These Are Your Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary management of the infrastructure team (incl. helpdesk)
• Ensuring clear processes, standards and service quality (ITIL-oriented)
• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of all IT services
• Responsibility for the further development of the core systems
• Further development of a future-proof IT infrastructure strategy
• Integration of international locations and promotion of a globally standardized infrastructure
• Management and selection of external service providers as well as contract and budget responsibility
  
  

This Is Your Profile

• Completed IT vocational training, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Experience with cloud migrations or hybrid IT landscapes
• Proven success in the strategic development of IT landscapes
• Several years of experience in managing an IT infrastructure team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Change management experience
• International collaboration, ideally with globally distributed teams
• Business fluent communication in German and good English skills
