We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you’ll analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help design effective solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support requirements gathering and documentation for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Based in Ireland with the legal right to work full-time.
