🧭 About the Role
This is a high-ownership role at an early-stage company. You’ll be the sole full-time Product Designer, shaping the UX and UI of Complexity across both mobile and web platforms.
You’ll work closely with the founding team to design flows that connect businesses across the world — helping define how companies discover, connect, and collaborate.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Thinks in systems, not just screens
- Obsesses over craft, clarity, and consistency
- Cares deeply about the intersection of usability and aesthetics
You should have:
- Expert knowledge of Figma, including Design Systems, Autolayout, Variables, and Component Properties
- An exceptional portfolio of web and mobile UX/UI work
- Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Excellent visual design skills — layout, spacing, and typography (PX + REM)
- Ability to document all interactions, states, and edge cases
- Clear, concise communication and absolute attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, iterative environment
Bonus points for:
- Motion design or interaction design experience
- Background in social or AI-driven platforms
- Familiarity with developer handoff tools and workflows

- Design Challenge – You will receive a challenge to complete within a set timeframe.
- Project Deep-Dive – Review your challenge and portfolio projects. We’ll explore how you think, problem-solve, design, and execute.
- Offer – If you demonstrate the skills and mindset we’re looking for, we’ll extend an offer to join Complexity.
All interviews are conducted via Google Meet.
🌎 Location & Hours
Fully remote across Latin America.
Standard working hours: 9:00–18:00 (Mon–Fri).
💰 Compensation
- $1,500 – $5,000 USD/month
- Performance-based bonuses
- Equity eligibility
