Role Overview

As a Front-End Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain user-facing applications that are performant, scalable, and intuitive. You’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless digital experiences. Your expertise in React.js and ability to integrate with backend APIs will be central to building robust, production-ready solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies will help you align with enterprise-grade systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js (hooks, state management, reusable components).
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) and ensure smooth data flow.
• Collaborate with backend teams working on .NET Core, EF Core, and Azure services to deliver end-to-end features.
• Optimize performance across browsers and devices, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and version control (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Work with Microsoft technologies (Azure DevOps, Azure App Services, MS Identity/SSO) to align with enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, ensuring reliable deployments.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, context API, state management libraries like Redux/Zustand).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling authentication/authorization flows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as .NET Core, Azure services, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to TypeScript for type-safe React development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with enterprise authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
