Senior Graphic and Web Designer (Remote)

We're looking for a remote independent graphic & web designer who is versatile and detail driven.

You’re someone that wakes up every morning wanting to be a better designer and who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for clean, modern design, and can shift gears smoothly between projects — from sleek user-focused websites and compelling sales decks to engaging brochures and eye-catching iconography.

What You’ll Do

• Build, design and maintain Webflow websites
• Create compelling sales and pitch decks in PowerPoint, Slides and Figma
• Produce brochures, event/show graphics, and branded collateral
• Design original icon sets and infographics
• Use AI tools wherever possible to streamline workflows, improve quality, and increase creative output

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of professional design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across web, print, and digital
• Mastery of Webflow; Figma (for UI/UX and prototyping); Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, brand systems, typography, and layout
• A proactive mindset — you’re resourceful, efficient, and comfortable with AI-driven tools like Firefly, ChatGPT, or Midjourney for workflow automation and asset creation.

Bonus Points

Experience designing for events, trade shows, or physical installations

Light knowledge of HTML/CSS

Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
