Job Overview

The Chief Executive Advisor (CEA) will serve as a key member of FameEX’s executive office, acting as a senior advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CEA will provide strategic counsel, corporate guidance, and executive-level decision support across business operations, market strategy, risk management, and organizational initiatives.

This role requires a visionary and experienced executive advisor who combines analytical rigor, strategic foresight, and cross-functional insight. The CEA will collaborate closely with senior leadership teams—including Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Technology—to align corporate strategy with operational execution, mitigate risks, and support long-term sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in fintech, digital assets, or financial services—capable of delivering high-impact guidance, enhancing strategic decision-making, and influencing outcomes across complex, global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Executive Insight

Provide the CEO and Board with actionable insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance on key corporate decisions.

Partner with leadership teams to evaluate market opportunities, expansion strategies, and competitive positioning.

Conduct organizational audits, benchmarking, and scenario planning to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Advise on corporate governance, executive priorities, and long-term strategic vision.

Corporate Strategy & Planning

Support the development and execution of global corporate strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.

Collaborate with senior leadership to assess organizational performance and recommend operational improvements.

Assist in defining corporate KPIs, performance metrics, and decision-making frameworks.

Provide guidance on cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Risk Management & Compliance Advisory

Advise on enterprise-wide risk management, regulatory adherence, and operational compliance.

Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure proactive mitigation of regulatory or operational risks.

Provide counsel on internal controls, governance frameworks, and transparency in executive decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, Board, and executive leadership teams.

Facilitate alignment across global teams on strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and corporate projects.

Support major product launches, market expansions, or corporate transformations with executive-level guidance.

Promote a culture of strategic accountability, operational discipline, and informed decision-making.

Leadership & Organizational Guidance

Mentor and advise senior executives on leadership, strategy execution, and risk-aware decision-making.

Support succession planning and executive development initiatives within the organization.

Provide frameworks and guidance to improve cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and efficiency.

Qualifications

15–20 years of progressive executive experience in strategic advisory, corporate governance, or senior executive leadership roles within fintech, digital assets, or financial services.

Proven track record in providing high-impact executive counsel, corporate strategy, and risk management insights.

Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, trading platforms, and global financial operations.

Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making and facilitate organizational alignment.

Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
