Job Description:

This role focuses on two key areas:

Strategic Cross-Functional Expansion:

• Support strategic thinking and change leadership as the organization expands beyond consumer to provider and core operations.
• Drive execution and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective change management and operational readiness.

AI Initiative Leadership (Izzy Project):

• Oversee the progress of the AI initiative (Izzy), collaborating with analytics teams, developers (India), and data scientists.
• Ensure smooth project execution, leveraging tools (Leidos 360, data integration platforms) to pull and contextualize data.
