Head of Digital Transformation

The Head of Digital Transformation leads the strategic planning and execution of digital initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience through the adoption of digital technologies and processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process improvement.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, automation, data analytics).
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in digital strategy, transformation, or process excellence.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives.
• Certification in digital transformation, project management, or related areas (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
