• Job Description:

– Research, design, build, and maintain CI/CD/DevSecOps systems to ensure an automated, efficient, and stable software deployment pipeline.

– Maintain, upgrade, administer, operate, and develop CI/CD/DevSecOps systems such as Harbor, Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, Checkmarx, SCA, and more

– Manage and optimize infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible

– Administer and operate the resource allocation flow for dev/test environments on the internal OpenStack cloud system and other ESXi servers (if applicable), ensuring efficient and optimized resource utilization

– Support development teams in troubleshooting issues related to dev/test environments (both internal and outsourced)

– Monitor CI/CD system performance and Dev/Test infrastructure using monitoring tools such as TICKStack, Prometheus, ELK, etc

– Assist dev teams with product installer packaging flows

– Support solution installation and troubleshoot issues for staging, test lab, demo, and content environments

– Support the deployment and management of containers and orchestration systems like Kubernetes (k8s), Nomad, and Docker Swarm

– Standardize and support the deployment of common platforms such as DBs, message queues, and web servers, and hand over installation scripts and guides to the SP (Support/Service) team

– Standardize software project structures/templates

– Build automation tools, standardize project creation flows, CI/CD setup, etc

– Design and develop a self-service platform to support software development teams: an Internal Developer Portal

– Standardize flows and technologies for automation testing

• Educational Background: 

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics-Informatics, or related fields

– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher

• Requirements/Competencies:

– Experience with Linux and common Linux-based platforms (e.g., Web Servers, DBs, Message Queues)

– Basic knowledge of Networking

– Experience with container systems (Docker, Kubernetes)

– Proficiency in infrastructure management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)

– Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript)

– Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab

– Skills in monitoring and logging (Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Splunk)

– Skills in designing distributed systems and automation solutions

– Experience building self-service platforms or developer portals

– Experience working with microservices architecture

– Knowledge of application and infrastructure security (OWASP, API security, etc.)
