Power BI Reporting Analyst (Remote | Data Visualization & Automation)
About the Role
- We’re looking for a Power BI Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and data solutions that empower better business decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into interactive reports and visualizations that reveal trends, performance metrics, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports across multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, Azure, APIs).
- Build and optimize data models to ensure fast, reliable, and scalable reporting.
- Create DAX measures and calculations for business KPIs and performance tracking.
- Automate recurring reports and workflows using Power Automate, Python, or Azure Data Factory.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements, design dashboards, and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain data governance, report documentation, and version control (Git / DevOps).
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in BI, analytics, and visualization best practices.
Qualifications
Required
- 2-3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally with Power BI.
- Strong proficiency with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, or data warehouses (Azure Synapse, BigQuery, etc.).
- Understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data.
- Strong analytical,
